About us
Hornskov København is a small family owned hat company founded in 2015 by Cathrine & Peter Robert Hornskov. With respect of the traditionel crafts of hatmaking, every Hornskov hat is handmade in our workshop on the small Island of Christianshavn in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark.
We aim to deliver hats of the finest quality, that will last for generations, with details as one of our main focus areas. Taking inspiration from the original hat classics from such as the fedora, the homburg & the bowler, we try to deliver an original, slightly modernised take on hats, with the customer in mind from start to finish.
The company was founded due to the lack of a custom hat maker in Denmark, so the custom hat has in many ways defined us and given us purpose, and even though we now produce "off the shelf" hats, the custom hat is still our core business.
